After a long summer break, students across the Diocese of Stockton are all smiles as they head back to class. However, schools have slowly but surely seen an increase in activity on campus for the past few weeks with staff preparing for their first day. St. Luke Catholic school had both teachers and student leaders gather together for prayer, fellowship, and planning for their upcoming back-to-school events. A local artist, who is both a proud veteran and a St. Luke alumnus, returned to campus to lead the group in a guided painting workshop. The final product was a beautiful sunset on canvas - each artist adding their unique touch. This was a great opportunity for students and staff to reconnect and ease back into the school year. By the end of the day, the team had strengthened bonds and a shared vision for the months ahead- rooted in faith, united in community, and inspired for a wonderful new year.
